Refund Policy

LIMEN Helix Transformational Sciences LLC · limenhelix.com

All sales are final

Purchases from LIMEN Helix — subscriptions and one-time orders alike — are final sale. We do not offer refunds, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a paid period.

What you can do instead

Cancel a subscription at any time, self-serve, at limenhelix.com/cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you receive the briefings you already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
Talk to us. If something about your order or subscription is wrong, contact chris@limenhelix.com and we will look at it.

Disputes and chargebacks

Nothing on this page limits your card-network rights. If you dispute a charge with your bank, that dispute is handled by your bank and Stripe under their processes, whatever this policy says.
