What we collect

Email address. Collected when you subscribe to a domain watch at Stripe Checkout, and when you voluntarily leave it on a free tool or lead form on a domain page. Your email is the identity of your subscription: it is what we deliver briefings to and what identifies your account.
Your watch subject. At subscription checkout, Stripe asks one extra question for us (for example, which state, drug, or company to watch). Your answer is stored with your subscription and is used only to personalize your briefings.
Name (optional). Some free tools ask for a name alongside the email. It is used to address you and is stored with the lead record.

Payment data

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Your card number, expiry, and CVC are entered on Stripe's page and never touch our servers; we receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and your Stripe customer reference.

Where your information is stored

Subscription and lead records are stored in our Redis database (Upstash), keyed by your email address.
Payment records are held by Stripe under your Stripe customer reference.
Some free tools (for example, readings you run on the Culture and Energy pages) keep your inputs in your own browser's local storage. That data does not leave your device unless you submit a form.

Emails we send

We send email through Resend. Subscribers receive a welcome and receipt email when they subscribe, a receipt at each monthly renewal, and domain briefings while the subscription is active. Cancellation stops future briefings; see Terms for how cancellation works.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not collect or store your card details.

Your choices

Cancel a subscription any time, self-serve, at limenhelix.com/cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, this page changes. The version on this page is the one in force.
