Terms of Service

LIMEN Helix Transformational Sciences LLC · limenhelix.com

The service

LIMEN Helix publishes domain watch pages built from named public sources, and sells monthly subscriptions that deliver briefings by email when those sources move. Each domain page describes what its watch covers. The service is educational and informational: it is not professional, financial, legal, medical, or emergency advice.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, at the price shown on the Stripe Checkout page you confirmed.
Billing is processed by Stripe. Your receipt is emailed to the address you gave at checkout, and each renewal emails a fresh receipt.
If a renewal payment fails, delivery of briefings stops.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription yourself, at any time, through the Stripe Customer Portal. Start at limenhelix.com/cancel and enter the email you subscribed with and the domain you subscribed to. If an active subscription exists for that email on that domain, we email a sign-in link to that address. Open the link from that inbox within 30 minutes; it takes you to your portal, where you can cancel or update your payment details. The link proves control of the inbox and is not sent to anyone else. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact chris@limenhelix.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep what you paid for through that date, and nothing further is charged. There is no cancellation fee.

Refunds

All sales are final. See Refunds for the policy in full.

What you can expect from a briefing

Every figure in a briefing comes from the public source named beside it. If a source has nothing new, we send nothing rather than padding a briefing out. We do not promise a fixed number of briefings per month; we promise that what we send is sourced.

Acceptable use

The free tools on domain pages are provided as-is for personal, lawful use. Do not scrape, resell, or misrepresent them.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIMEN Helix Transformational Sciences LLC is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a briefing or a free tool, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription in the period the claim relates to.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes. Continued use of the service after a change is acceptance of the updated terms. If a change would affect your billing, you can always cancel first at limenhelix.com/cancel.
