The most common reasons PSE&G bills go up
- Rate & fee increases. PSE&G periodically files rate cases and adds riders (fuel, grid, storm recovery). Your effective rate — total bill ÷ kWh — can rise even when you use the same power. The Bill X-Ray shows your ¢/kWh trend.
